Juliane brings over 20 years of staffing and direct hire experience to Sobba Group.  Her sales and recruiting background along with her passion for making a great match have made her an asset to the company. Her career began shortly after her graduation from Fresno State where she worked for a local firm as a staffing coordinator.  Over the years she grew into a senior level position and as Branch Manager opened a new staffing office in Bakersfield where she staffed industrial to administrative positions for the greater Kern County. After starting a family, she and her husband moved back to Fresno where she continued to work from home for a nursing registry while caring for their children.  In 2012 Juliane went to work for a local personnel service where she managed sales, marketing, and event planning. In the fall of 2016 Juliane joined Sobba Group to help clients in the Central Valley locate talent and build their teams.
